I help people move from stress and self-doubt to calm, clarity, and confidence—through a blend of coaching, music, mindfulness, and creative tools.
My work is grounded in lived experience. After the loss of my son, I found healing through words, music, and inner reflection. Over time, I combined that personal journey with study in neuroscience, mindfulness, and creative growth.
Today, I help clients listen inward—beyond the noise of stress and doubt—so they can rediscover their inner calm, confidence, and purpose.
